1. Custom & Brand-Designed Products

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
    • Change of mind
    • Size or fit preferences
    • Orders after production has started

When We Take Responsibility

Returns, replacements, or store credit are offered only for verified seller errors, including:

  • Items received damaged during delivery
  • Printing or manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product or design sent

Conditions for Claims

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Resolution

  • A replacement or store credit will be issued after approval
  • Refunds to the original payment method are provided only if replacement or store credit is not feasible

2. Ready-Made Products

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Accepted only if the item is:

  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item sent

Verification follows the same process as custom products.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for verified seller errors
  • Subject to product availability

3. Situations Not Eligible for Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Size or fit preferences
  • Color differences due to screen or lighting variations
  • Minor print placement variations within acceptable standards
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Products that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery (unless verified as seller error)

4. Payment & Order Processing

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout
  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
  • Once production begins (for custom items), orders become final and non-cancellable

5. Return Process & Shipping

  • All returns require prior approval from our support team
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed
  • Approved returns must be securely packaged to avoid transit damage
  • Detailed return instructions will be shared after approval

6. Store Credit (Voucher) Terms

  • Issued only after claim approval
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • Can be used on any product available on our website
